Job OverviewWe are recruiting Finish Dozer Operators with experience doing lease reclaims. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with the construction team, with a focus on adhering to project specifications and safety regulations. The role requires a good understanding of construction operations, physical stamina, and the ability to interpret site plans.Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform daily inspections of equipment prior to operation
• Abide by all Safety standards and codes
• Follow directions that are spoken or delivered by hand signals of ground crew members
• Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a dozer operator
• Experience with finishing work is required
• Knowledge of lease reclsims, land clearing methods, heavy equipment operation and industry requirements
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as background check.
• Must be fit-for-duty.
• Good communication skills in English
• Must be immediately eligible/able to work in Canada.
