Overview

Our Value Inc is a fast-growing construction company specializing in insulation, energy efficiency, and now

finish carpentry services

. We are expanding into trim, interior doors, accent walls, fireplaces, and other finishing details to better serve our builder partners. With strong existing relationships and a high demand for quality work, we're looking for skilled finish carpenters to join our team and help grow this division. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.

Responsibilities

Install and finish trim, moldings, baseboards, and casings with precision. Hang and finish interior doors, including hardware installation. Construct and finish accent walls, mantels, and custom fireplace surrounds. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and timelines. Maintain a safe and clean jobsite at all times. Communicate effectively with builders, supervisors, and team members.

Qualifications

2+ years of finish carpentry experience (residential or commercial). Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, equipment, and materials. Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong work ethic and reliability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
