Finish Carpenter

to join our team in Etobicoke, On.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and wood-based products with accuracy. Install doors, windows, cabinets, staircases, baseboards, crown molding, paneling, and other interior finishing elements. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively. Inspect and repair wood structures, ensuring work meets high-quality standards. Collaborate with contractors, designers, and other trades to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations in Ontario.

VP or General Site Superintendent

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a finish carpenter or in a related trade. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation is required.

Preferred

Experience with custom millwork and high-end residential/commercial projects. Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction safety standards. Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry (Journeyperson status) is considered an asset.
