Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry with a focus on finishing work, including installation and restoration of various structures and fixtures. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and the ability to work with power tools effectively. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all projects while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and install cabinets, trim, and other finish carpentry elements according to specifications.
• Restore and repair existing structures, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed for transporting materials and installing fixtures.
• Utilize various power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong skills in cabinet installation, roof construction, and general maintenance person tasks.
• Familiarity with various types of power tools and their safe operation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during work hours.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
