The job involves:

• Serving food and beverages in both the fine dining restaurant and lounge
• Suggesting dinner courses, appropriate wines and answering questions regarding food preparation
• Taking food and beverage orders from guests, garnishing and decorating dishes and serving meals to guests according to established rules of etiquette
• Routine table maintenance, polishing silverware, glassware and other duties assigned
• Maintaining cleanliness of dining room and service areas
• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest's needs
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume fine dining room
• Smart Serve certification
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within a food and beverage environment
• Exceptional knowledge of local and international wines, spirits, beers, and premium food products
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in using Micros software
