Duties & Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 This position is responsible for making drinks and serving guests in a warm, attentive and knowledgeable manner. \xc2\xb7 Maintain an up to date knowledge of all drink and special products available to the guest. \xc2\xb7 Utilize Lightspeed point of sales for ordering food and beverages and obtaining reports. \xc2\xb7 Accept guest payment, process credit/debit cards, room charges and make change if applicable. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. \xc2\xb7 Perform daily, weekly and side duties as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Promptly inform a manager/supervisor of any complaints or miscommunications. Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Be 19 years of age and have Serving It Right certification. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week Salary: $15.65 per hour Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus pay
  • Tips
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Cranbrook, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
  • Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (required)
