We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial & Tax Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and compliant tax reporting and distribution for a range of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, and closed-end funds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax distribution and allocation cycles for mutual funds, ETFs, and closed-end funds. Review fund tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee mock and final distribution calculations for year-end processes. Validate distribution rates against transfer agency systems, including year-end tax factors and tax slips. Ensure internal policies and procedures align with current legislative requirements. Act as a resource to internal stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues. Review Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC) reporting. Assist external providers with tax reclaim filing documentation and respond to related information requests.
