Organize and enter vendor invoices which include expenses and inventory/resale items.
Reconcile vendor statements and GL accounts.
Communicate with vendors and internal staff to maintain an organized and efficient payables program.
Prepare and retrieve various reports as requested.
Additional duties may be assigned based on experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Accounts Payable experience required.
Strong accounting knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience in Microsoft D365 an asset.
Versatile with using and learning different computer programs.
Ability to work well individually and as a team member.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to multi task and meet specific deadlines.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
