We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while assisting clients with a range of financial products and services. As a Financial Services Representative, you will help individuals and businesses navigate their financial needs, offering solutions such as investment advice, account management, and insurance products. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others will be essential to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and meeting their financial needs by recommending appropriate products and services, including savings accounts, loans, investments, insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Process and manage financial transactions for clients, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan applications.
  • Provide guidance to clients on budgeting, financial planning, and managing debt.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products, market trends, and regulations to provide accurate and reliable advice.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets by proactively promoting financial products and services.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial services, banking, or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for helping clients achieve financial success.
Additional Requirements:
  • Licenses in the Canadian Financial Industry an asset.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages preferred.
