These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the M\xc3\xa9tis.The bigger pictureWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a motivated team-player who is a member-service ambassador to come on board as a part-time Financial Service Representative supporting two branches located in Cudworth and Wakaw communities. As the first point of contact for members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members\xe2\x80\x99 immediate needs.As a part-time Financial Services Representative your hours would fluctuate as they are based on business needs and cannot be guaranteed, however would be approximately 3 to 4 days per week.How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

• Providing members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
• Proactively identifying and responding to members\xe2\x80\x99 needs to improve their financial well-being
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications \xe2\x80\x93 to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
• Refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

Salary and Hourly Range

• $41,906 - $49,920 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target
• $21.49 - $25.28 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target
