We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented bilingual (English & French) Financial Services Representative to join our client support team. This role is primarily responsible for managing Beautifi's inbound payments line and assisting borrowers with payment inquiries, account changes, arrears, and collections-related support.
You will act as the first point of contact for borrowers requiring assistance by phone, email, and SMS. Success in this role requires professionalism, strong communication skills in both languages, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional borrower experience. A background screening will be required.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
Client & Borrower Support - Inbound Payments Line:
Serve as the primary representative answering the inbound payments support line
Assist borrowers with payment-related questions, including next payment date, remaining term, account status, and payoff requests
Support account maintenance requests such as payment frequency changes and bank account updates
Provide guidance on payment skips, deferrals, restructures, additional payments, prepayments, and payoff processing
Troubleshoot issues and direct borrowers to the self-serve borrower portal as appropriate
Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and French
Collections Support:
Manage inquiries related to missed payments, arrears balances, and broken payment promises
Contact borrowers via phone, email, and text to follow up on outstanding payments
Review, record, and monitor payment promises and reprocessing attempts
Support early-stage delinquency efforts to improve cure rates and reduce defaults
Escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts to the Collections Specialist
Client Requests & Issue Resolution:
Respond to borrower and client requests received through the Payments Inbox, SMS, and phone line
Provide clear, timely communication on account issues, payment questions, or troubleshooting needs
Maintain detailed and accurate notes across all servicing systems
Ensure a positive and supportive experience for every borrower interaction
Administrative & Operational Support:
Upload daily chargebacks to accounts and notify the Collections Specialist
Assist with workflow improvements and process updates within the payments and collections functions
Participate in cross-training to support coverage across the borrower support & collections team
Requirements
Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) is required
Experience in financial services, customer service, call centre, or lending/servicing environment preferred
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and notes
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

This is an
in-office
role, preferably based in our Toronto office. Our office is located in the heart of Liberty Village.

Base salary: $55,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience
