As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, including but not limited to:

Deep knowledge of Financial Services domain with a focus on Payments, Banking Operations, and/or Retail and Commercial Lending An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work 4+ years' experience in one or more areas in financial services and/or consulting with a focus on Retail and Commercial Banking, business operations, technology implementations and ideally a blend of consulting and domain knowledge A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard Experience in complex transformational and/or modernization programs built around technology solutions for financial services. Experience developing target operating models, process design, technology enablement strategies and roadmaps, including comfort with various frameworks and methodologies Familiar with the Canadian payments landscape and upcoming changes as part of the Payments Modernization roadmap. Deep understanding of transaction life cycles of payment products and solutions (e.g., cards, wires, etc.), financial operations, including settlement, reconciliation, and exception processing, and administration of financial services businesses Ability to multitask and manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the client site Willingness to learn, adopt and lead new ways of doing things (personas, journey mapping, gamification, etc.) Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with key FS clients with a focus on business relationships from front office to operations including technology functions Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to present in a business context, provide high quality output, and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues. Self-motivated with a passion for client work and teamwork; Previous consulting experience is preferred Experience, and successful delivery in one or more of the following areas: Hands on experience with retail and commercial card programs, global transaction banking, and/or cash management products Functional knowledge of money movement capabilities and the underlying infrastructure for high value, low value, and instant payments Payments Canada's current platforms (ACSS, Lynx USBE), as well as upcoming changes as part of the Payments Modernization roadmap (e.g., ISO 20022, RTR) Global clearing and market infrastructures (Fed, CHIPS, CHAPS, TARGET2, Faster Payments, SWIFT, etc.). Correspondent banking structure and NOS/VOS accounts Financial operations, including settlement operations, reconciliation, and exception processing Documentation and the identification of key controls within payment transaction lifecycles
