We have a great opportunity for a Financial Service Manager to join our team at Winnipeg Honda, the top Honda dealership in Manitoba located in the Waverley Auto Mall.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all activities related to vehicle sales in the dealership maintaining profit margins, meeting established targets and maintain customer satisfaction
- Successfully complete all assigned sales and F&I training courses
- Work directly with customers to complete sales and finance transactions according to Company and Lender policies, procedures and best practices
- Conducting a thorough credit interview process and liaising with lenders
- Obtain and review Credit Bureau\xe2\x80\x99s with the customer(s) / applicant(s)
- Develop creative solutions for approvals including deal structure;
- Monitor lending portals (with respect to credit decisions)
- Offer and sale of asset and financial protection products i.e. extended warranties, GAP insurance, life insurance, accident and health, etc.
- Meeting established K.P.I.s (Key Performance Indicators) of the position
- Complete finance documents with customer
- Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure the customer understands the operating features,
- Upon completion of sales and financing agreements, submit documentation to lenders for funding
- Monitor contracts in transit daily to insure all deals are funded within 24 hours
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints (escalating to management when appropriate)
- Maintain positive relationships with Management, team members, other departments, lenders and third parties while adhering to Company and Lender policies, procedures and best practices
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Requirements:
- Minimum two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in automotive sales or finance
- Proven track record of success having met or exceeded targets
- Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team
- Ability to interpret information provided by Credit Bureau and assess risk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
- Excellent work ethic and integrity
- Flexible and adaptable, ability to change priorities quickly and innovative thinking within the framework of Company policies, procedures and best practices

- Other languages spoken considered an asset
