Job Description
Gary Moe Mazda is looking for a Finance Manager. The Financial Services Manager, also known as the F&I/Business Manager, is responsible for all the sales contracts, financing of deals, sales and aftermarket products, such as extended warranty, insurance, accessories, etc. The individual in this position must be knowledgeable in the areas of vehicle leasing and financing; as well as the completion of the appropriate contracts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Oversee financial services operations within the dealership, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Negotiate financing options with customers to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes effective communication and teamwork. Utilize strong math skills to analyze financial data and assist customers in making informed decisions.

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
