Financial Services Manager

. Preference will be given to those candidates with proven insurance and finance experience and a demonstrated ability to work well and communicate clearly with others in a task-oriented, team environment. Your focus will be on offering our clients with a wide variety of products and services associated with their new vehicle. These services include financing, life and disability insurance and a variety of protection and vehicle enhancement products.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration Track portfolio with lenders Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, provincial, and federal guidelines Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods

Requirements

A working knowledge of financial services, life insurance, dealership or general insurance sales. Demonstrated ability in presenting the benefits of intangible services and products. Above average computer skills. Ability to work with dealership and various computer software applications. Competency with Windows and Microsoft Office software. Available to work flexible hours and weekends Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
