Financial Services Manager

In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance process, working closely with our sales and leadership teams to structure deals that meet both customer needs and dealership goals. Manage and execute all finance and insurance (F&I) activities for new and used vehicle deals
Collaborate with sales and management to structure deals that align with customer needs and dealership profitability targets
Prepare, review, and submit finance applications and documentation to lenders in a timely and accurate manner
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all transactions are fully compliant with provincial and federal regulations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, legal requirements, and best practices in F&I operations
Customer Experience
Provide an exceptional customer journey by explaining financing options, extended warranties, insurance products, and protection packages in a clear and professional manner
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through transparent communication and ethical sales practices
Team Collaboration
Work in partnership with sales, service, and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
Provide guidance and training to the sales team on F&I product knowledge and financing procedures
Financial Analysis & Sales Performance
Review and analyze credit reports and customer financial information to determine creditworthiness and suitable finance solutions
Maximize profitability through effective product presentation, negotiation, and deal closing
Qualifications:
3-5 years of automotive industry experience
, with a minimum of 2 years in an F&I role
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
In-depth knowledge of F&I products, lender policies, and compliance requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a simple and professional manner
Proven ability to analyze financial data and credit reports
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of documentation and processing standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset
