Responsibilities

Guide customers through financing, leasing, and protection options in a transparent, customer-centric manner Secure approvals from lenders and finalize contracts accurately and efficiently Manage finance and insurance (F&I) products, warranties, and aftermarket offerings while maintaining high ethical standards Partner and train the sales team in the F&I function to deliver a seamless vehicle purchase experience for our customers Monitor F& I metrics, ensuring profitability and compliance with all regulatory standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending programs, manufacturer incentives, and industry best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and business development within the automotive industry (Volvo or premium luxury brand experience an asset) Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail and organization skills Proven ability to build trust and explain complex information clearly Experience in fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is an asset. Must be OMVIC certified Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract
