We have a full time opportunity on our Financial Services Team at our Saint John, NB Corporate office.

As a Financial Services, Collections Specialist you will manage the collections of receivables to maintain the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts cash flow. You will provide superior customer service to our customers by researching, identifying and resolving financial issues. You will collaborate with our Wyndham franchisees to acquire and review financial documents and operating statistics to negotiate payment plan agreements. The successful candidate will work to improve accounts receivable aging, improve invoice collections and maintain overall accounts receivable integrity. You have the autonomy to work closely with franchisees, Operations Support, Field Operations, and Brand Leadership ensuring that franchisee's financial obligations to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts are met in a satisfactory manner.

Reporting to the Financial Services Supervisor you will have proven 2+ years professional experience working in the hospitality and financial industry, some post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent job experience is preferred. A skilled problem solver with demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, customer centric and dynamic environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership is vital to your success. will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment.
