Conduct negotiations with lenders and financial institutions to secure favorable terms for financing solutions. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness in the industry. Train and mentor staff on financial processes, enhancing their understanding of dealership finance.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial services, preferably within the automotive or dealership sector. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous financing agreements. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Solid sales acumen, demonstrating an ability to drive revenue through effective financial solutions. Proficient mathematical skills for accurate financial analysis and reporting. Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of finance management. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
