Are you a visionary financial planner ready to shape the future of financial services? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced

Financial Planner

to

establish and lead a new Financial Planning Department

within our well-respected general insurance brokerage.

What You'll Do:

Develop and launch a comprehensive financial planning division from the ground up Design client-focused financial strategies that complement our insurance offerings Collaborate with our brokerage team to integrate financial planning into our service model Build and manage a team of financial planning professionals as the department grows Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high ethical standards

What We're Looking For:

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent Experience in management. Proven experience in financial planning, ideally with a background in insurance Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and strategic planning skills Excellent communication and client relationship abilities Passion for helping clients achieve financial security and success
