What You'll Do

Originate and manage Halal financing applications for home, auto, or personal purchases Assess client needs and recommend Shariah-compliant financing solutions Perform financial assessments, risk evaluations, and due diligence Educate clients on Halal financial principles and Tjara's products Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the financing lifecycle Ensure compliance with internal policies and Islamic financing guidelines Support marketing, outreach, and community education efforts

Who You Are

2+ years of experience in lending, banking, or financial services Familiarity with Islamic finance principles and interest-free lending models (Murabaha, Ijara, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and highly trustworthy Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Urdu, French, etc.) are a strong asset Experience working with diverse communities in Canada is an asset Degree or diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
