Chrono is a Quebec-based airline offering planes that can accommodate between 9 and 120 passengers, exclusively for charter flights. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono continues its expansion, reinforcing its position as a leader in the charter flight industry in Quebec and Canada.Role and contextReporting to the Vice President, Finance, the Financial Analyst plays a key role in the financial and strategic management of a company. They are responsible for evaluating financial data, producing detailed reports, and providing recommendations to optimize economic performance. This position is essential for guiding senior management in making informed decisions while ensuring the financial health and profitability of the company.Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze the information needed to establish projections and budgets for various entities.

• Analyze and collaborate on the development of various projects with the management team.

• Provide recommendations on processes and business decisions.

• Prepare and comment on statistical reports and performance analyses.

• Coordinate cash flow and treasury management, ensuring adequate liquidity.

• Collaborate on internal and external financial audit files.

• Work on various accounting and administrative activities.

Specific job requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in financial analysis and projections (work-in-progress and intercompany).

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is an asset.

• Proficiency in financial software and management tools.

• Excellent command of Excel.

• Experience in the aviation sector or related services is an asset.

• Proficiency in French is required for this position. Additionally, an advanced knowledge of English is also necessary to interact with English-speaking clients in Canada or internationally.
