Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and financial management with a strong understanding of budgeting, payroll and account reconciliation.

Duties

Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements. Administer payroll functions to guarantee employees are paid accurately and on time. Develop budgets and forecasts to support organizational goals and objectives. Conduct account reconciliation and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records. Implement and maintain effective accounting software systems to enhance operational efficiency. Provide financial leadership to the finance team and management.

Requirements

Professional CPA designation is required. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
