Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions. Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Develop and manage budgets, forecasting future financial performance based on historical data and market trends. Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational decisions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations while maintaining internal controls over financial processes. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient financial management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders across the organization. Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
