What We Are Looking For

We want a Financial Controller who is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong in accounting and operations finance Capable of managing financial processes for multiple high-volume locations A proactive problem solver Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Looking for a long-term opportunity, not just a part-time job
This role requires someone who can build structure, ensure accuracy, and support strong, data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all

AP, vendor invoices, credits, and payments

Process

bi-weekly payroll

for 50+ employees Prepare accurate

monthly P&Ls

for each location Track

food cost, labour cost, waste, variances

Reconcile daily sales, deposits, refunds, discounts Support

GST, PST, WCB

and year-end reporting Maintain clean accounting files, statements, and records Assist with

budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Build financial structure for

franchise expansion

and FDD requirements Work closely with leadership on financial insights and decision support

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in accounting, financial controlling, or multi-unit finance QSR or retail experience is an asset Strong attention to detail with ability to identify errors quickly Proficient with accounting software and spreadsheets Ability to handle fast-paced operations and deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills

$47.87-73.17hour
