Are you a financial professional with a passion for community impact? BGC Saskatoon is looking for a

Controller

to lead our accounting operations and support our mission of creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for children, youth, and families.

What You'll Do:

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards for not-for-profits. Audit preparation and maintain strong internal controls. Collaborate on grant reporting and fund tracking.

What You Bring:

CPA designation (preferred) and a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the nonprofit sector. Strong knowledge of Canadian not-for-profit accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
