We are looking for an experienced Controller who thrives in a collaborative environment where they can successfully manage shifting priorities as they oversee the daily accounting operations and financial reporting systems of this successful business. Reporting to the President, the main responsibilities include:

• Monitor and report on project revenue and utilization
• Responsible for period end financial reporting and analysis
• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll functions and employee benefits
• Manage communication with clients regarding accounts receivable collections
• Monitor work in progress (WIP), coordinate accounting review process and complete all tax reporting
• Lead and mentor accounting staff

• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance or equivalent
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• Progressive accounting experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills

Compensation:

• $110,000 $120,000 annual salary range
• Flexible, hybrid work schedule
