Summary

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to ISR's mission of providing exceptional integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Implement and maintain accounting systems and software for optimal performance. Conduct account reconciliations and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Prepare financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives. Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively. Provide leadership in payroll processing and related functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
