Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Financial Controller
to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing accounting records, producing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial strategy.Overview/Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day financial operations including account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into business performance. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and financial regulations Supervise accounting team and improve internal controls Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proven leadership and analytical skills Experience with Quickbooks and ERP systems
