Job Description

Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance, and business systems professionals.

Our Ottawa client is currently looking for a Project Manager or Business Analyst with specialization in Epicor ERP implementations. This is a 15-month term with the possibility of extension and is primarily remote with the expectation to come to Ottawa for essential meetings. Reporting to the Controller, the successful candidate will:

\xc2\xb7 Work with cross functional stakeholders to gain insight on current state and desired state

\xc2\xb7 Document the workflow, processes, and processes, and provide staff training

\xc2\xb7 Integrate data loads, test the system, and ensure system can generate the desired reports

\xc2\xb7 Work with external consultants on customization, creating dash boards, and provide reports back to the business

\xc2\xb7 Interface with internal finance, manufacturing, order management, & engineering

\xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations and resolutions on Epicor best practices

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as required

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience implementing Epicor - experience with Epicor Kinetic is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Project Management (PMP) or Business Analyst (CBAP) certification

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage various stakeholders and multiple priorities

\xc2\xb7 Leadership capabilities with the ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of business processes

\xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills
