We are seeking a full-time Financial Assistant to support two schools within our division. This is a 1.0 FTE position, scheduled for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, aligned with the school calendar. The successful candidate will split their time between two school locations.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
Financial training and experience (Sage, Rycor, Atrieve)
Experience with Excel, Word, Google Docs
Ability to meet deadlines
Comfort in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and establish priorities
Enjoys working with children and the public
Conduct themselves in a professional and caring manner
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
This position will begin immediately or by mutual agreement. This ideal candidate is positive, flexible and able to work closely with other staff.
