Job Description

Our well-established global client is looking for their next superstar Finance Leader to manage a new growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team lead for Cost Analysis. Responsibilities include planning, directing, adding input into performance,and resolving problems.

- Train and develop the Financial Analyst thru coaching and mentoring

- Manage the annual Standard Cost review and assumes responsibility for resolving monthly differences.

Work alongside with Materials Management and Engineering, oversea the Standard Cost module in the SAP system. Reconciling variances between standards and actuals.

- Prepare, analyze and interpret financials, accounting and statistical information to help steer in the direction of the Company\'s business for long standing growth.

- Maintain G/L and other general accounting records and related controls and ensures the application of proper accounting methods and systems in check.

- Review the monthly COGS entries to ensure that inventory and P& L accounts are adjusted correctly(PPV, Usage, Scrap, Labour Efficiency and Overhead)

- Analyze foreign exposure and prepare template for FX Heading.

- Assist in the preparation/analysis/submission of the annual Budget/Reforecast

- Special projects, and ad hoc reporting as assigned by the Senior Controller /

Finance Managers

Key Requirements / Qualifications :

• 4+ years of Finance experience - preferred experience in a costing t & Manufacturing industry/environment .

• Preference is for a recognized accounting designation (CPA/CA/CMA/CGA)

• Advance/Strong Excel skills along side SAP & Hyperion

• Supervisory experience is preferred (1-2 staff ideally)
