C.A.T. North America is a transportation company in business for over 45 years. The company has experienced significant growth in the past few years, both organically and via acquisitions. Today, C.A.T. is a conglomerate with companies in Canada, the US, and Mexico and is looking for a dynamic candidate to join its Accounting and Finance Team for the following opportunity in Vaudreuil.
Role
Participate in the month-end process and in the monthly financial analysis Complete journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports Respond to third-party requests from auditors and banks, as required Assist in the budget process Develop and maintain different financial reports as needed Remote work and hybrid roles
Skills and Expertise
Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work with tight deadlines Advanced knowledge of Excel
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
