#2! Is the position Sandoz reached on the Canadian Generic market in 2020. As part of Sandoz Commercial Excellence team, this is a new role waiting for you to help us reach #1 position.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be a business partner to the sales team
- Management and follow-up of the application of our commercial agreements
- Reconciliation of rebate payments and provisions
- Collaborate with the manager and the sales force to establish an action plan as needed
- Produce customer sales reports for the sales force
- Analyze and summarize monthly performance
- Handle and analyze large amounts of data
- Work with the team to improve current processes and tools in a constantly changing environment
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration / Accounting and a minimum of 3 years experience in an analyst position
- Experience with Excel intermediate level essential. SAP and Qlik Sense is an asset
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests at the same time.
- Analytical mind and good communication skills to explain complex situations. Ability to share knowledge and ideas, be curious.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
- Bilingualism, written and spoken (English and French).
