Job Description

Our Midstream client is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst - Planning for a 12-month contract. This is a great opportunity for an Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has proven to demonstrate skills in planning, analysis, problem solving and critical thinking.

Typical duties include:

• Maintaining monthly forecasting, annual budgets, and long-range plans
• Collaborate with the Business Units to maintain compensation forecasts
• Quarterly Balance Sheet account reconciliation
• Consolidated reviews
• Assist with Divisional Planning
• Provide support to financial month end for the Business Units with tasks that complement efficient month/quarter deadlines
• Makes recommendations for decisions on project matters, along with providing analysis, reporting and recommendations for decision making

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• Proven working success in a previous Financial Analyst role
• Experience with SAP/BPC an asset
• Ability to prioritize work in a deadline driven environment
• Strong Communication (written and verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
