This Financial Analyst role, which is a permanent employment opportunity, is located in the Brampton, Ontario.What you get to do every day- Compile and supervise forecasting reports- Ensure plans are properly executed by working with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations- Develop monthly reports to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required- This position requires a flexible individual who is adept at managing expectations and comfortable with handling large amounts of information- Survey performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities- Drive Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting- Have a thorough understanding of internal and external drivers and be able to explain how they are impacting performance and trending- Enable successful Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver valuable foresight and decision support- Keep tabs on monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations, ensuring that business partners handle their resources- Work with the Accounting team on monthly and quarterly financial close processes- Solid understanding of CapEx- Deep understanding of Budget Processes- Accounting Functions experience- Finance experience highly desired- Foundational knowledge in Expense Reporting- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions- Experience with Power BI.- Skilled in the construction and delivery of effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Prior knowledge in Spreadsheet and ERP system- BA/BS degree in finance or a related fieldRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
