Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)
Location: West GTA

The Financial Analyst will support consolidation, reporting, and analysis of operating results for plants. This role is highly visible and works closely with multiple departments and executive management, ensuring accuracy of data, compliance with policies, and delivery of key financial insights. REQUIREMENTS - Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)
- 3 - 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or CMA (In progress, or completed)
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES - Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)
- Support month-end close, reporting, and variance analysis
- Ensure data integrity across ERP and reporting systems
- Prepare monthly reports and key operating metrics for management
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reviews
- Review balance sheets, explain major fluctuations, and ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Provide leadership in improving financial processes and standardizing practices
