Position: Financial Analyst
Location: Joliette (Hybrid: 3 days in the office)
Salary: $80K-$90K
Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for financial analysis? We are looking for a dynamic FP&A Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team.

Your Role:
- Perform financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct sales and operations analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Product and category analysis.
- Store performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with variance analysis.
- Support the management team with data-driven recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
- Accounting certificate, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or CPA in progress is an asset.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) & Power BI.
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting.
- Knowledge of sales and operations analysis is a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
