What you\xe2\x80\x99ll doThe Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the FP&A supply chain team that provides exceptional planning, analytical, and reporting support to executives. The role plays an important part in business partnering and building relationships with the Supply Chain and Transportation team, the broader Finance function and other stakeholders to understand results and provide exceptional insights. If you are excited to deep dive into financial results and passionate about telling a story to influence decisions, then this role is perfect for you!In this role, you will:Provide excellent support to executives by preparing accurate and timely budgets and forecasts, monitoring results versus budget/ forecast, and providing a thorough analysis and investigating variances while identifying risks and opportunities with a focus on providing meaningful/actionable insightsProduce insightful, meaningful, and analytical commentary and reporting that can assist financial and non-financial stakeholders to facilitate decision makingProactively build and improve financial models to assist with regular and ad hoc analysis and reportingCollaborate with various FP&A teams to consolidate financial resultsAnticipate and support evolving financial performance reporting needs and work with cross functional teams to drive improvements and process changesParticipate as a subject matter expert in special projects and ad hoc analysis as requiredWhat you bringUniversity degree or College diploma in Business, Finance/Accounting, or business-related disciplineAre currently pursuing or have obtained an accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)Minimum of 2+ years in a business or financial analysis roleExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with strong business acumenExperience with building and improving financial modelsAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessStrong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex financial results and build and maintain strong relationshipsAttention to detail, organized, motivated self-starter and with ability to thrive in an environment responsive to changing business requirementsTeam player and open to new challengeWorking knowledge of PeopleSoft, HFM, Data visualization tools (Power BI), SQL and Supply Chain experience is an assetWe value flexibility.
