We are looking for a

Financial Analyst, Customer Success Associate

to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to blend your financial analysis expertise with customer success and enablement skills. You will work closely with customers who are already live on the Limelight platform, ensuring they see continued value, high adoption rates, and ongoing success.


You will be the trusted advisor for CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders, ensuring retention through training, support, and engagement initiatives. If you have a passion for FP&A, exceptional client relationship skills, and a drive to help others succeed, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers already live with Limelight, building strong, trust-based relationships with their finance teams. Provide

continuous enablement

through training sessions, events, and resources to ensure customers maximize their use of Limelight. Monitor customer

adoption and usage metrics

to identify opportunities for further engagement and improvement. Proactively address challenges and provide solutions to drive

customer retention

and satisfaction. Plan, schedule, and deliver customer success initiatives, including training workshops, webinars, and quarterly business reviews. Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional

support

and ensure timely resolutions for client concerns. Partner with clients to align the platform with their evolving FP&A needs, offering insights to improve their processes. Actively gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements internally.

What You Bring:



3-5 years of experience in

FP&A

(planning, forecasting, and reporting) or a similar role. Proven ability to engage and support customers to drive adoption and satisfaction, ideally in a

Customer Success

or client-facing capacity. Strong understanding of

financial statements, models,

and FP&A processes. Excellent

communication

skills, with the ability to build relationships with finance leaders (CFOs, VPs, Controllers). Experience in conducting

training sessions

and delivering product enablement. A passion for solving customer challenges and enabling their success. Experience working in the non-profit sector is valuable Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) or FP&A tools is a plus.
