Your role will be pivotal as you work closely with various departments, ensuring seamless project execution and driving our team towards success. • Analyze and resolve intricate accounting problems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy in financial reporting;
• Assist in due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation for acquisition-related activities;

• Coordinate and support the integration of merged or acquired entities into the company\'s existing structure; and
• Monitor and enforce adherence to corporate governance best practices and internal policies.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEEDWe want you to join our team! Here\'s what we\'re looking for:Education

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Option
• Hold a CPA designation (or in the process of obtaining it)

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience;

Knowledge and skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment;
• Ability to manage priorities while respecting deadlines;
• Be available to travel occasionally (1-2 weeks per year).

Language skills

• Bilingualism required (French and English), both written and spoken, as the person will be called upon to serve English-speaking regions.
