Technical Tasks

• Follow the cycle of R&D projects, from their creation to their termination, including the calculation of tax credits and impairment tests;
• Prepare and develop various profitability reports (sales, products; projects);
• Improve the databases used for the preparation of various Management Reports;
• Ensure that IFRS15 rules are followed appropriately and make recommendations;
• Review and maintain various controls;
• Prepare the monthly revision of projections and make the necessary updates on the relevant Excel files;
• Participate to the elaboration of Financial Statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
• Analyse end of periods: journal entries, account and cost centers analysis;
• Prepare all information related to the renewal of the corporate insurance;
• Prepare monthly expense follow-up reports for Managers;
• Take part in the preparation of annual report;
• Participate to the budget process;
• Take part in the maintenance and improvement of the SAP system.

Management Tasks

• Supervise accounting transactions made by the accounting personnel.

YOU WILL IMPRESS US IF YOU HAVE:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in administration with ideally 2 to 5 years of experience or college degree in administration with more than 7 years of experience;
• Specialization: Finance or Accounting;
• Knowledge: Advance knowledge of Excel;
• Assets: Hold a CPA title, SAP;
• Languages: French and English (written and spoken). Functional English is required due to various multidisciplinary tasks including notably communications and financial reports with the corporate and sister companies in the Kontron group.
