Reporting to the Controller and working closely with the CFO, the Financial Analyst plays a key role in providing valuable analytics for management\'s decision making. The Financial Analyst will lead one Junior Analyst and will be tasked with the annual budgeting exercise, forecasting and developing analytics dashboards and financial models. He/she will have a lot of opportunities partnering with operations and developing KPIs and metrics to measure performance.

This would be a perfect role for someone who loves building various analytics and models and motivated to take initiatives to drive for improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
• A professional accounting qualification - CPA or MBA would be an asset
• At least 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Strong financial modelling experience is a must
• Proficient with MS Office and advanced Excel skills (Macros)
• Possess a strong business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate effectively across levels and departments
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Wiling to take initiatives and take on improvement projects
