This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor Assistant located in Saskatoon, SK. The Financial Advisor Assistant will be responsible for supporting financial advisors in day-to-day operations, which includes handling client inquiries, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves scheduling client meetings, managing communications, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Financial Services and Investments considered an asset
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs
Relevant experience or certifications in the financial industry are advantageous
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
