We are hiring a full-time Financial Administrative Assistant who will support the organization's finances by performing tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, payroll, financial record maintenance, and report preparation. In addition, they will answer phone calls and e-mails, organizing data, maintaining company records, drafting relevant documents and communications, maintain filing and document management. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, assisting with budgets, and ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations. This role requires strong administrative, data management, proficient in Microsoft office and platforms, accounting skills, and financial software Sage Accounting, other duties as required.
