About the Role

We're looking for a motivated

Financial Accountant

to join our accounting team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong accounting foundation who's ready to grow their career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You'll help keep our financial records accurate, support reporting processes, and work closely with project and accounting teams to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end adjustments Assist with monthly financial statements and project reporting Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany transactions Review AP/AR transactions for accuracy and completeness Support year-end working papers and audit preparation Help with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking Contribute to process improvements and system updates

What You Bring

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2-4 years of accounting experience (real estate or construction is a plus) Working towards CPA designation is a strong asset Solid understanding of accounting principles (ASPE preferred) Experience with Eclipse or similar software Strong Excel and organizational skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
