Project Manager - Junior to Intermediate

TENG Inc. is a fast growing, medium-size engineering consulting company providing engineering and project management services to multiple industry sectors. We have an immediate need for

Project Managers (Junior to Intermediate) supporting special projects in the Pharmaceutical Industry - primary location is Mississauga.

The ideal candidate will have the capabilities and experience to act as a project manager for multiple projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assume leadership for the development and execution of small to medium industrial projects. Develop proposals, scope, schedules, and estimates. Client interface to develop functional requirements, monitor and report on project deliverables. Contribute and/or oversee the creation of project documentation (including front end, detailed design, and construction package). Manage a team of professionals and contractors. Participate in projects and other design reviews. Coordinate with other disciplines Provide technical advice to others and during construction. Participate in project meetings between engineering, project management, operations, and client.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience in Pharmaceuticalenvironment or similar like industry. PMP certification would be an asset or working towards obtaining. Field construction knowhow will be of interest. Familiarity with Windows environment. Working with multiple disciplines is key.
TRAVEL:

On-site support may be required. On-site project scoping and/or inspection will occur. Other duties as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Engineering Degree or EIT (Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Automation & Controls) 5-7 years of hands-on technical and project management experience Strong track record of successful project management Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
