is seeking a detail-driven

Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Support internal and external audit processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Contribute to the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Financial Accountant; experience in a multi-entity or dealership environment is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (experience with CDK is an asset). Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a bonus. (V-Lookup and pivot tables are regularly required and will be tested as part of the interview process) Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
