Finance Transformation Manager - Contract Opportunity
Location: Hybrid role in North York

Robert Half Canada is seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Manager for a contract engagement with a leading organization undergoing a major finance operations transition to Shared Service Center. This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader with deep operational expertise and a proven track record in managing complex transitions across global finance functions.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition and migration of finance functions to the designated shared services environment.

• Lead the design and execution of finance transformation initiatives across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

• Coordinate finance activities with internal teams, including the Finance, IT and other departments

• Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure successful implementation of financial processes.

• Collaborate with international offices to align financial operations and reporting standards.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or challenges.

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in the finance migration.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies during the transition.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.

• Support the adoption of new systems and processes within the finance department.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations and transformation.
• Demonstrated success in leading finance transitions into Shared Service Centers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment with a focus on operational excellence.
