Our client is preparing for the rollout of SAP 4HANA. With the system design finalized, the project is now entering the System Integration Testing (SIT) phase. We are seeking an experienced Finance SAP S/4HANA Consultant with a strong background in manufacturing finance, inventory management, and product costing to support the testing phase and ensure the integrity of financial processes within the new ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Develop, execute, and validate test scripts across all finance modules, including: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, Inventory Valuation and Costing, Financial Reporting and Variance Analysis
• Ensure that all designed functionalities operate as expected through thorough end-to-end testing.
• Support data validation activities and reconciliation between the legacy system and SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across finance, inventory, and manufacturing modules.
• Troubleshoot and document test results, defects, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to follow up on outstanding test cases and ensure timely execution of test scripts.
• Contribute to the completion of test scripts covering multiple applications related to finance and manufacturing operations.
• Provide insight on production reporting, variance analysis, and shop order closing processes within SAP.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance modules within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record supporting SAP implementations or rollouts, ideally through the SIT and UAT phases.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, costing, and production accounting processes.
• Experience in data migration and validation from legacy systems.
• Demonstrated ability to write, execute, and troubleshoot technical and functional test scripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with variance analysis, production reporting, and shop floor order closing processes.
• Exposure to integration points between Finance, Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).
